Opiate Prevention In The Heart of The Community

Opiate Related Overdose Deaths Are Increasing Every Day. This Is A National Threat. The Community Needs To Be Informed and Educated About This Epidemic In Order To Focus On Prevention.

The current opiate epidemic in America is causing more deaths than tobacco which is scary. If we want to keep our communities clean we really need to promote anti opiate messaging and advertising. If people are aware of the dangers they are more likely to think twice. If we can help save just one life it will all be worth it. All Star Media Solutions Inc. has participated in multiple anti drug campaigns. We were one of the businesses that helped decrease South Florida's Flakka problem. By creating informative campaigns against the abuse of drugs like Flakka we build knowledge in the community. Knowledge is power especially when fighting against the ravaging effects of drugs and alcohol. The United States has a major problem. Recently President Donald J Trump announced a national epidemic of massive proportions regarding the opiate epidemic in the United States. More and more people are becoming victims to addiction and to opiates. Both pharmaceutical opiates and opiate derivatives as well as heroin, fentanyl, pink as well as an array of other new fentanyl analogues that are undetectable as we speak. That's beyond scary. The approaches of the past and the drug war is not what this article is about. I won't even give my opinions on that. What I can tell you is that our approaches have not worked. So it's time to think outside of the box on a street level where we can impact the community. Educate the community. And connect the community. Strong communities enable growth and protect the youth. This epidemic is a cancer in society and enough is enough. We have to educate the youth and the hurting. We have to make a difference. All Star Media Solutions Provides The Placement of Highly Visible and Highly Affordable Outdoor Storefront And Gas Station Advertising Posters To Promote Opiate Abuse Awareness and Opiate Prevention Across The United States. We Will Design, Print and Install These Ads Professionally Targeting Specific Zip Codes or Geographical Location(s).

According to NIDA (National Institute on Drug Abuse) this is very real and these drugs are increasingly becoming more popular unfortunately. I wanted to include a few charts from NIDA. These charts make me sick. Opiate Abuse StatisticsLooking into the statistics is troubling but in order to overcome this we need to track data as best as possible. You will now see several charts. I want you to take a close look at these numbers. As you can see the synthetic opioid problem is self induced and is climbing at a tremendously alarming rate. Between the years of 2000-2016. Things are progressively getting worse and we are missing education in the community. It's so important that we follow these numbers over the next few years to make sure we are continuing to decrease these drug related deaths. Opiate abuse awareness is the key to prevention. All Star Media Solutions has worked with organizations like United Way in Broward County and Dade County on drug and alcohol awareness. What All Star Media Solutions can do for your organization is help you design, print and install large format outdoor print advertisements. United Way has taken action in the opioid epidemic and we want to thank them for making a huge difference in the community of south Florida. We literally watched Flakka disappear from the streets in just under one year. Obviously prevention is the ultimate goal of all this hard work organizations like United Way and All Star Media Solutions have put in over the last few years.

How Can My Organization Help Raise Awareness?

There are many ways organizations like yours could help raise awareness in the community about the opiate outbreak. I think word of mouth getting people to engage and talk about the problem is one of the most effective ways to reach the community. All Star Media Solutions Inc provides the placement of outdoor storefront posters and gas station toppers reaching areas of the community that have been hit hardest with high rates of overdose, fatality and drug use to help educate and raise the public awareness. We encourage you to give us a call so that we can see if our ad campaign abilities match your needs. We would love to talk about your next campaign or answer any questions you might have about our services. All Star Media Solutions specializes in all types of heath and public awareness messaging.

Fentanyl Awareness Campaign

Here is a Fentanyl campaign All Star Media Solutions worked on with Kip Hunter. She is an incredibly talented person and we appreciate her partnership.  The goal of this campaign is to raise awareness of the dangers of Fentanyl and mixing drugs that may lead to drug overdose. Thanks to community partners like United Way Commission on Substance Abuse, Broward 2-1-1, Broward Behavioral Health Coalition this is possible. If this is something you would be interested please feel free to contact Bill Amodeo, the owner of All Star Media Solutions Inc. He will gladly answer any questions that you might have. Compared to other forms of advertising and the reach you get, outdoor poster and gas station advertising is a great advertising medium to consider.

Outdoor Poster Advertising and Gas Station Toppers For The Opiate Epidemic

Public awareness messaging is powerful. We are creating a call to action for United Way Orlando, United Way Tampa and United Way Tallahassee as well as any health departments or other organizations interested in joining forces with us to make a difference with the opiate epidemic in the community. This is a national problem and we are waiting for the right person to step up to do a national campaign but until then let's at least make a difference here at home.
